ACADEMIC SCHOOL PROGRAMME
Students will attend a local High School in Waterford and live with a carefully selected host family that have been police vetted and are experienced in hosting students.
The programme will also include activities such as surfing, sky park, visits to Kilkenny, Cork, Dunmore East and Dublin
INCLUDED IN PROGRAMME
- Host family accommodation to include breakfast, lunch and dinner.
- Personal meeting on arrival at Dublin airport.
- Cost of accompanied airport transfers on arrival, Christmas and Easter Holidays and departure.
- Induction meeting and orientation tour of Waterford city.
- International Student School Registration Fee.
- Student will be accompanied and introduced at school on first day.
- School uniform (excluding shirts) and PE uniform if required by school.
- School Books.
- School activities and trips but NOT overnight school trips.
- Bus fare, if needed to get to school.
- Activities Programme - 4 day trips, 7 social activities.
- Guardianship service
- 24/7 Emergency Service.
- 6 Guardian Reports
- Regular progress meetings with each student.
- Regular contact with host family.
- Personal attendance at school parent teacher meetings.
- Organising and accompanying students to medical and dental appointments.
NOT INCLUDED IN PROGRAMME
- Flights to and from Ireland.
- Extra-Curricular activity cost.
- School stationery.
- Private English Language Classes (can be arranged at extra cost).
- Host family accommodation during Christmas and Easter holidays.
